Tor Thompson (née Crockatt) is EMEA Regional Director for Bing Ads, Microsoft’s paid search platform. She has been in Search for 15 years – 10 of these spent at Microsoft working on Bing Ads in multiple roles, including managing the Bing Ads Marketplace, launching Editorial Operations in Europe, and leading the Global Search Advertising Policy. Tor was formerly at Espotting/MIVA, Europe’s first pay-per-click search service.
